Location: TAPA’s Barn Community Playhouse

Cast Includes

Dwight: male role, 30’s
Has an innocence that borders on naïve. He is not confident and can be hurt easily with harsh words.

Tyrus: Male role, 30’s-40’s

Mary’s older brother, a harsh, strong man who wears the burden of his sister’s ailment on his sleeve. His cruelty towards her is born from self-loathing rather than sadism.

Mary: late 20’s-30’s

She is never seen throughout the course of the play. She has many physical ailments and deformities. Mary is very intelligent with sarcasm and wit. She has a voice like an angel and at times displays a mystical quality. She has no self-pity whatsoever.
