Open auditions September 7th
While we are enjoying a successful run of SHERLOCK’S SECRET LIFE (tickets are still available for our remaining 6 performances) we are looking to the future and our next production. INSPECTING CAROL is written by Daniel Sullivan and is being directed by Chris Chiola. “Almost broke, the pathetic Soapbox Theater Company is having a dickens of a time with their annual winter production of A Christmas Carol. The cast is tired of it, as it’s been done with the same actors for so long that Tiny Tim has entered puberty. But the cash-cow is needed to impress the inspector from the National Endowment of the Arts into renewing their arts grant. Enter an incompetent actor who gets mistaken for said inspector and everything goes wrong while hilarity is piled on hilarity’. Auditions will be held at The Barn Community Playhouse on September 7th. No Experience is necessary. Yule be glad you auditioned!
