MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
From Bill Farnum - 503-548-7428 or
nulife4me@charter.net
During the recent storms, my computer disk was made unreadable.
As a consequence my membership program and all data was lost.
However, I've reentered all the information that I had available to me.
I'm sure that I've missed some members, and all renewal dates are suspect.
Please check your programs when you attend a show and make sure you
are listed as you should be. And if you receive a renewal notice in
error because you've already paid, please be patient and just let me
know and I will correct the error. Thanks for your understanding.
LIQUOR LICENSE
We applied for and have received a yearly liquor license. We had to apply
for a temporary license for each show before and the cost per show was
going to be raised to $50.00 per night which is quite high so we decided
to get a license for the year. Now we must have people who sell the wine
and beer to have a servers permit. There will be a servers permit class
on Friday, March 14, 2008, 9:00 a.m. at TBCC so will need people to take
the class in case they volunteer to serve at any of the shows.
If you are interested, please contact Wally Nelson (503-392-3454 or e-mail
nelsonw@oregoncoast.com)
The cost is $35.00 per person and TAPA will pay that cost.
Chris and Robert Kratz are now our house managers and take care of
preparing the theater for the shows. Cathy Bracelin has volunteered
to be chairman of the costumes. We thank these folks for taking their
time to do this.
At this time I send the newsletter to 50 e-mail recipients and if
you would like that to happen for yourself, please let me know so
I can add you to the list.
nelsonw@oregoncoast.com)
I would also like to remind you that we have Theater Passes for Adults
and Seniors/Students. The price for adults is $60.00 and
Seniors/Students is $45.00. These prices allow you to use 6 seats
for the price of 5. They can be used in one show or can be divided
among the many shows. These can be purchased at Diamond Art Jewelers
or at the door when you come to a show.
