COVID-19 Ticket Policy

Current ticket policy and attendance requirements

The Tillamook Association for the Performing Arts is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patrons and volunteers. The COVID-19 pandemic is constantly changing, and TAPA will be continually monitoring the situation and keeping our patrons informed via our website here, Facebook and Instagram of any changes. It is recommended to check these sources closer to your scheduled performance date for the latest information.

To ensure the safety of our community, staff, volunteers and patrons as of December 31, 2021 TAPA is instituting temporary safety guidelines for its upcoming performances.

For TAPA’s current production of ON GOLDEN POND which opens February 4th, 2022 the following policies are in place for everyone entering the Barn Community Playhouse:

PROOF OF VACCINATION. Patrons must show proof that they are fully vaccinated as of the date of the performance you have a ticket for. Patrons may display proof of vaccination with a physical vaccination card, a legible copy of their vaccination card or a legible digital copy of their vaccination card in addition to a matching photo ID. No one will be allowed to enter the building without this proof. If you do not have proof of vaccination but have valid proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the show you are attending entry will be allowed.

FACE COVERINGS. Face coverings will also be required, at all times, for patrons inside the auditorium. Concessions will still be available in the lobby, and you may remove your mask for eating and drinking. Any patron not wearing a face covering, regardless of a medical exemption or age, or vaccination status will not be permitted to enter the auditorium. Any patron who does not wear a face covering inside the auditorium will be asked to leave the building. There will be no exceptions made to the face covering policy.

Our cast and crew have been hard at work on this production, and we must do all we can to protect them from illness so they may continue to provide you with entertainment. We thank you for your consideration and cooperation.  All of TAPA’s cast, crew, production staff and volunteers on site are fully vaccinated for their and your protection.

REFUND POLICY.  If you purchased your ticket(s) prior to these requirements and want a refund or exchange for your purchase, please contact TAPA at (503) 812-0275.  If you are unwell or unable to attend, we will work with you to exchange or refund your tickets.
