Rumors opens Jan 22nd

The Tillamook Association for the Performing Arts (TAPA) is pleased to announce the opening of Rumors, on Friday January 22nd. Written by Neil Simon, and directed by Kelli McMellon, this comedy is sure to have you laughing from start to finish!
Wait, what was that?!?
Described as a farce (a comic dramatic work using buffoonery and horseplay, including ludicrously improbable situations, sometimes referred to as “slapstick comedy”), Rumors takes you on a comedic ride from the start.  Set in an upscale townhouse in New York’s Sneden’s Landing neighborhood, the show opens on a party celebrating the 10thwedding anniversary of the
Deputy Mayor of New York and his wife.  Except the Deputy Mayor and his wife are nowhere to be found. As guests continue to arrive, the story spins, situations get out of control, and laughs abound.  The New York Times said “Has nothing on its mind except making the audience laugh.” While the New York Post called it “Light, frothy and fun.”
Dancing the night away
